The Farallon name has been associated with excellence in underwater propulsion vehicles for over 35 years.  Farallon was founded in 1970 in order to fulfill a need for properly designed, commercially available diver propulsion vehicles.  At the time, no commercially obtainable diver propulsion vehicle was available for the typically harsh environments seen by military or commercial use.
